You'll communicate with your future self avatar just like you do with friends and family, with text messages and emails. You'll answer the Daily Question directly from your email inbox, and receive reminders and reply to check-ins from your text messaging app. The Tomorrow You website and dashboard works perfectly in your mobile browser too. Simply visit our website on your phone and log in. While we don't have a dedicated app yet, the mobile web experience is fully optimized for touch and smaller screens. You can manage reminders, view stats and change your settings on the go.
