If you cancel your Premium subscription, you will be automatically downgraded to the Basic plan at the end of your current billing period. Also, if you decide not to add your payment method during your Premium free trial period, your Premium subscription will be paused and you will be automatically downgraded to Basic at the end of your free trial. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period or free trial period, then you'll switch to Basic.
With the Basic plan, you can create your future self avatar, schedule a letter to your future self, and receive the basic version of the "Question of the Day" email journal. The Basic plan does NOT include the following Premium features:
- Reminders and check-ins
- Personalized Daily Question email journal
- Weekly Reviews with AI-generated summaries
- Stats and streak tracking
- Reflections (manual and AI-generated)
