How do I create a reminder?

remindersFeatured

The first step to create reminders is to verify your phone number. Go to the "Reminders" section of your dashboard, enter your phone number, check the box to agree to receive text messages, then click "Verify phone number."

You will receive a text message on your phone from Tomorrow You asking you to reply "start" to verify your number. Reply "start" to give Tomorrow You permission to send you messages. You can reply "stop" at any time to stop messages.

To ensure you do not miss any reminder messages, it is important to add Tomorrow You to your contacts. When you receive our first text message:

1. Tap the phone number at the top of the message

2. Select "Create New Contact" or "Add to Contacts"

3. Name it "Tomorrow You"

4. Save

After your phone number has been verified, select your timezone. Your phone number and timezone will be used for all reminders.

To create a reminder, give it a meaningful name and add an optional reminder goal. The reminder name and goal will be used to personalize reminder messages. Choose your delivery time and frequency (daily or weekly). If you choose weekly, select the days of the week on which you want to receive messages for this reminder.

Next, set your reminder status to "Active" using the toggle selector.

Then, if you would like to track your successes with each reminder, enable the check-in feature and choose the check-in timing. For example, if you set a reminder to wake up at 5 AM and exercise, and check-in timing 2 hours after, you will receive a check-in message at 7 AM from Tomorrow You asking if you woke up on time and exercised. You can reply naturally and your successes will be saved to your Stats.

Click "Save reminder" to save and schedule your recurring reminders.
