There are two places in the dashboard to update your profile information. Go to the Profile page in your dashboard to upload your profile image, create your future self avatar, set your name and birthday, and write a bio for both your future self (who you want to become) and your current self. To manage all other settings such as phone number, timezone, subscription, and communications preferences, go to the Settings page in your dashboard. Make sure your phone number is current and verified to receive reminders and your email is verified for important notifications.
