Each week on your chosen day and time, you'll receive a personalized weekly review via email that shows your activity from the past 7 days. This includes your journal response rates, reminder check-in success, and other engagement stats. The AI uses this data to create encouraging highlights and asks you three reflection questions to help you process the week and plan ahead. Your review is also saved to your Reflections page where you can read past reviews. You can reply directly to the email, and your responses are saved privately to your reflections. You can customize which day and time you receive your weekly review in your dashboard settings.
