Out database uses point-in-time restore (PITR) technology that continuously saves changes for up to 30 days, allowing restoration to any moment within that period. Sensitive content (journals, letters, reflections) is encrypted in our application before storage, so backups contain encrypted data. Your uploaded files are automatically replicated across multiple regions. While our hosting provider maintains infrastructure backups for disaster recovery, these are not directly accessible to customers.
