Check-in messages are AI-generated follow-up messages sent after your reminder to ask if you completed the action. When you create or edit a reminder, you can enable check-ins and choose when they arrive—from 5 minutes to 4 hours after the reminder (with options at 5, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180, and 240 minutes). Check-ins are enabled by default with a 1-hour delay. When you reply to a check-in, the AI analyzes your response to track your success patterns.
